Staying here for three nights was an intriguing experience. While the location is conveniently close to Rockport, numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues diminished the stay's quality. Lack of staff presence, especially during weekdays, was a major drawback, leaving guests without timely assistance. The rooms had potential, but the execution left much to be desired.

I loved that we were just a short walk from both the Rockport Art Center and the beautiful Memorial Park, making it easy for a weekend stroll when we wanted to soak in the sights. our stay was fantastic, with a clean and well-maintained cottage that featured friendly staff throughout, ready to assist us with anything we needed.

Limited after-hours support left many feeling stranded when issues arose. if you needed anything past 5 PM, good luck reaching anyone. The lack of daily housekeeping led to a sense of neglect, as guests had to manage their own linens and trash, while those who had to pay upfront felt their flexibility was compromised. Overall, unique features like the community center and cozy cottages were overshadowed by these downsides.

Cottage was super clean and bright. Had a full kitchen with plates and cooking tools. The living room and bedroom had flat-screen TVs. Excellent access to a well-maintained hot tub and nice pool. Great fishing off the private pier too. Really spacious and cozy. Loved the outdoor sitting areas for relaxing.

The fishing pier offered great catches, particularly speckled trout, while the pool remained inviting even in the cooler months. However, there were some drawbacks, such as the noise from nearby traffic and the lack of on-site management during the week, which affected our experience. Low water pressure in the shower and an unbalanced ceiling fan also detracted from the overall comfort.
